Perfect Pitches
We are against designers doing unpaid, speculative pitch work.
Instead we believe that professionals should be paid fairly for their valuable skills and time.
Get paid to pitch
A maximum of 3 Latitude designers participate in any logo pitch. Those not chosen to work on the project get paid a US200 pitch fee in recognition of the time and effort.
Play your way
In a pitch, you choose whether to submit a mood board and concept statement, a set of sketches or a draft logo design. How you convey your inspiration is up to you.
Own the IP until you’re paid
NDA and Copyright agreements are signed by every Client and Designer and stored in your account. IP ownership transfers to the Client once the project is completed and designer paid.

In our commitment to fairness, we have devised a transparent and straightforward approach to pay that rewards designers based on their performance.
Clear commission model
Our pricing model is transparent and simple. With every project, 50% of the fee goes to the Designer. The remaining 50% goes towards our operating costs and pitch fees.
Raise your profile
Every Client will be looking for something different when selecting a designer. So be sure to keep your profile updated with your experience and latest work.
Unlimited earning potential
There is no limit to the number of projects designers can work on. So for the talented and productive delivering three successful designs in a month* would net a designer over $7000.
